Ingredients
•
2 English
Oven Kulcha breads.
•
200 grams
cut into cubes paneer.
•
4
tablespoon onion paste.
•
2
tablespoon ginger garlic paste.
•
150 ML
tomato puree.
•
100 mil
fresh cream.
•
1 small
chopped capsicum.
•
2
tablespoon oil.
•
1
tablespoon cumin, coriander, red chili and garam masala powder.
•
Salt to
taste.
Method for preparation-
•
Add 4 tablespoon
refined oil in a pan, heat and shallow fry paneer cubes. Empty them in a bowl
and set aside.
•
Add
capsicum cubes and sauté till they become soft.
•
Add onion
paste, ginger paste, salt, and all other masalas (cumin, coriander, red chili
and garam masala powder) in the pan and cook till the mixture looks brown. Let
the oil separate.
•
Pour the
tomato puree and add the shallow fried paneer cubes.
•
Add a cup
of water and gently mix the gravy until it bubbles.
•
Remove
the dish from heat and pour some fresh cream.
•
Garnish
with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
•
Serve hot
