Red Potato Salad Recipe with English Oven Honey & Oatmeal Bread!

Ingredients for Potato Salad dish
·         3 medium size boiled potatoes, cut into small chunks.
·         1 cup of low-fat yogurt.
·         ½ cup light mayonnaise.
·         2 teaspoon of Dijon mustard.
·         1 teaspoon white vinegar.
·         4 chopped and cooked eggs.
·         1 chopped dill pickle.
·         1/3 chopped celery stalk.
·         2 chopped green onions.
·         A small cup of hot sauce.
·         3 lettuce leaves.
·          ½ tablespoon of dried weed.
·         ½ teaspoon of garlic powder.
·         Pepper and Salt to taste.
·          Refined Oil.

Method for Preparation

The preparation time is just 15 minutes and is extremely easy to perform. Take a medium size bowl. Add boiled potatoes, yogurt or cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, scrambled eggs, pickle, green onions and hot sauce. Add garlic powder, salt or onion salt, and pepper. Mix and gently toss to coat them properly. Set it aside for 1 hour. Take a frying pan, add oil and the mixture in it. Fry them a little bit, take them out and place in between EnglishOven’s Honey & Oatmeal Bread buns. Add some lettuce leaves and fresh parsley. Savour the dish with a zesty sauce!
